Job Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
Develop and execute market entry strategy for KSA
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government entities, corporates, universities)
Secure corporate innovation partnerships and accelerator program sponsors
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities aligned with Vision 2030
Generate qualified pipeline for investment.
Operations Management
Establish and manage Brinc’s physical presence in KSA
Oversee program delivery and quality assurance
Build and manage local team
Ensure compliance with local regulations
Manage budget and resources effectively
Strategic Leadership
Represent Brinc at high-level events and forums
Drive thought leadership in innovation and entrepreneurship
Align KSA operations with global Brinc strategy
Develop local market insights and opportunities
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
10+ years of relevant experience
5+ years in senior management roles
Strong track record in business development in KSA
Experience in innovation, venture capital, or startup ecosystem
Demonstrated success in building and managing teams
