General Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a General Manager based in Riyadh, KSA, with a rapidly growing multi-national startup. With the backing of esteemed regional and international investors, they are now looking to expand on their market presence within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth market research to unveil new growth avenues.
• Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team focused on KSA.
• Expanding the customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Reporting on market performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to senior management regularly.
• Identifying strategic partnership opportunities to bolster the company’s presence in the local ecosystem.
• Establishing relationships with key local stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.

Requirements:

Candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar go-to-market or sales role within a tech firm in KSA.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for scaling startups.
• Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies and robust negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for relationship-building.
• The capability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
