Job Purpose
This role is centered on managing IT applications and code processes, ensuring effective documentation and communication with technical teams. It involves consulting to identify improvements, providing support for existing IT implementations, and contributing to governance and standardization efforts within the IT department. Additionally, the position focuses on skill development in technical applications, including SAP solutions, to deliver Level 1 support to the business.
Key Accountability Areas
Understanding of IT Application and Code Management:
- Possess a strong grasp of IT application management and code management processes.
Documentation and Communication Proficiency:
- Demonstrate proficiency in preparing documentation and effectively communicating with technical teams.
Consultation and Problem-solving:
- Utilize consulting skills to identify and suggest improvements when addressing problems or opportunities.
Support and Maintenance:
- Provide support for the existing productive implementation of assigned IT applications.
Process Governance and Standardization:
- Contribution to IT Department Improvements:
- Contribute to improvements at the IT department level by actively participating in initiatives that enhance governance and standardization of processes. This includes Business Process & Procedures.
Skill Development and L1 Support:
- Actively engage in learning technical IT applications, including SAP solutions and others, to provide Level 1 support to the business.
