In addition the candidate will be the key person to manage the relationship of PepsiCo with the bottling system. The candidate will be accountable for the following tasks and duties. Responsibilities AOP Volume, Revenue & NOBPT Objectives Support FM in delivering the Volume, Revenue, NOBPT & share objectives. Execution of AOP Initiatives Participating in IB Task forces and provide input to ensure effective launch of AOP initiatives Lead the briefing to Bottlers operational team on AOP initiatives Lead the in market deployment of the AOP initiatives Work with bottling teams to develop launch support plan for the AOP initiatives Set launch execution KIB’s with bottling team and track development. Keep IB & Bottling Management abreast on AOP performance Market Intelligence Conduct regular monthly market intelligence surveys on execution & competitive activities Develop plans with bottling systems to capture market opportunities Prepare monthly volume, share & distribution updates and present and generate actions plans to IB & Bottling systems Channel “Trade” & Customer Development Track the implementation of channel guidelines “Model Store / Census opportunity” Work with bottling team to develop the channel promotion plans Work with bottling system to develop the KA promotional calendar Support IB / Bottling system to instill revenue management journey Budget & Financial Management Lead the COOP management & consolidate the quarterly tracking with IB & Bottling finance to ensure spend are within allocated budgets Develop recommendation for re-investment in the rider phase Bottling Capability Transfer Best Practice Tools to subject matter experts at bottling system and ensure sustainability via skills transfer Assess Best Practices implementation through regular health checks Develop action plan to ensure BPT’s sustainability Strengthen & Leverage BU Organization Work as a valued member to both IB BU & Bottling system providing valued feedback Role model of Pepsico Values within the bottler Work on own performance development / objectives Qualifications University degree (BA) or equivalent in Business Management; or equivalent related experience and training in Marketing / Trade marketing / Sales Minimum of 3-5 yrs of related experience Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and Arabic English language level shall not be less than proficiency level MS Office Package – with focus on Excel / Power Point Ability to effectively work in a multi-gender, multi-national work team; whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences. Strong Analysis/Problem solving skills Strong communication skills Team work & interpersonal skills Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills. Ability to understand, interpret and anticipate operating environment.
