The Danaher Diagnostics (Dx) platform in Saudi Arabia consists of a community of 4 fellow Diagnostics Operating Companies (Opcos) including Beckman Coulter (Dx), Leica Biosystems, Cepheid & Radiometer. Together, we’re working to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health problems.
The
FP&A Manager , Diagnostics Platform, KSA will have the opportunity to:
Act as a finance partner to the VP & GM, Dx Platform, KSA and Functional heads of G&A functions and build effective relationships with OpCo Finance teams & commercial teams Review the monthly forecast and yearly budget created by the OpCO Finance & commercial teams. Provide consolidated financials to the VP & GM, Dx Platform including accurate datasets and/or dashboards to identify trends and provide insights that can help drive business decisions. Provide actionable insights through financial modelling and analysis. Use data analytics to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and support decision-making. Lead the development of a wide range of analyses focused on historical spend and headcount to support the unique needs of each G&A function Work closely with the G&A functional leaders on business requirements to build a consistent ontology framework / reporting structure for each function in collaboration with commercial and IT teams Collaborate with business leaders to ensure financial objectives are in sync with strategic goals. This involves understanding the business model, market dynamics, and growth plans. Facilitate a collaborative budgeting process that reflects both financial constraints and business aspirations. Encourage departments to contribute insights and assumptions to create more accurate forecasts. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives. Regularly review these metrics with stakeholders to ensure accountability and drive performance. Engage in scenario analysis to evaluate potential business outcomes based on various strategic initiatives. This helps the business anticipate challenges and seize opportunities. Partner in change initiatives by providing financial insights that can help shape strategies. Utilization of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools (including LLMs) to transform large and complex financial datasets and analyse datasets to provide insights that can help drive business decisions for Dx Platform businesses in KSA The FP&A Manager will partner closely with the VP & GM for Dx Platform in KSA and will have shared responsibility with opco leadership for growth initiatives and results in KSA.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting with CPA preferred. SOCPA Membership will be a strong preference. Minimum of 7 years in areas of increasing responsibility in a finance functio Proficient in reporting and dashboarding tools and techniques (OneStream, Power BI , Oracle) Excellent executive presence, communication and relationship building skill Multi-tasking capabilities; professionally handles the pressure of meeting multiple, high-priority deadlines
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Prior experience and proficiency with tools BI and Analytics tools like OneStream and Power BI will be an asset Will be a self-starter and proven team player capable of prioritizing his or her own work and/or problems simultaneously Must be comfortable working in a high-energy, quickly changing and demanding environment

The position reports into Senior Finance Manager MEA and have a strong dotted line reporting to the VP & GM, Dx Platform, KSA

This is an individual contributor role
