We’re hiring for various roles, including:


1. Merchant Success Specialist (Foodics Pay)


Job Description:


We are looking for a Merchant Success Specialist to oversee the customer journey from contract signing to full utilization. You’ll work with key products like Foodics Pay, CDS, and Foodics One, helping merchants accept card and omnichannel payments across the Middle East.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Track and ensure timely registration of all signed contracts.
  • Oversee installation and monitor Pay product implementation.
  • Conduct post-launch calls to ensure merchants are fully onboarded.
  • Communicate new features, offers, and updates to merchants.
  • Monitor and ensure high customer utilization of services.
  • Proactively prevent churn and improve processes.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in payment operations is a plus.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of payment regulations and fintech industry.
  • Arabic language skills preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh.

2. Sales Expansion Executive


Job Description:


The Sales Expansion Executive drives upselling and cross-selling opportunities by managing expansion sales requests from existing customers. This role maximizes revenue by strategically offering additional products while processing expansion deals efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle new branch sales requests from existing customers.
  • Generate and send accurate quotes, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and include them in expansion quotes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Track and follow up on expansion requests to close deals on time.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years in sales or account management.
  • Experience with CRM systems for tracking sales.
  • Strong focus on upselling and cross-selling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Experience in SaaS or technology sales is a plus.

3. Receptionist


Job Description:


We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive and efficient front-desk experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide information and support to employees and guests.

Requirements:


  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
