Responsibilities:
- Review the incoming correspondences related to the CEO and ensure that they are included in the follow-up system or follow-up reports in alignment with related functions.
- Ensure smooth coordination with relevant internal departments to respond to incoming correspondence in a timely manner.
- Prepare a plan to follow up on the implementation of all decisions, recommendations, and key tasks issued by the CEO.
- Oversee follow-up processes with relevant internal and external stakeholders to implement agreed decisions in line with pre-established plan.
- Identify and highlight deviations from the plan, holding meetings, if necessary, with relevant stakeholders, and provide the necessary recommendations to ensure implementation in the specified form and time.
- Draft daily, weekly and monthly reports, detailing work progress in relation to all decisions taken during meetings.
- Maintain and update the follow-up system based on the progress of internal/external stakeholders involved in the business.
- Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
- Recommended not less than 0-1 years of experience in relevant field
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is preferred
