• Supports the update of the technical policies, standards and guidelines relating to Engineering Services (i.e. design, engineering, construction, risk, quantity surveying, HSE, Sustainability, BIM, GIS).
• Supports the studies the best practices on design and engineering policies and seek applicability to F&E.
• Supports on the reviews government guidelines including safety, environment, sustainability policies, procedures and standards.
• Supports in the reviews of international guidelines applicable to design and engineering for developing infrastructure and facilities and incorporate applicable rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Supports with the updates the Engineering Services Polices and Guidelines.
• Coordinates with Regulatory Authorities to update standards.
• Supports with the recommended updates to the standards, policies and guidelines for approval at the Infrastructure Board.
• Supports with the tracking and compliance with Engineering policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Supports with the design reviews design at various stages of project (i.e.30%, 60% & 90% completion) to ensure compliance.
