الوصف الوظيفي

The Fleet & Travel Supervisor manages vehicle fleets and travel logistics within a company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Management: Ensure vehicles are maintained, safe, and compliant. Oversee registrations, repairs, and insurance. Optimize fleet performance and costs.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange business travel (flights, accommodations, ground transport) and ensure compliance with travel policies. Manage travel budgets and negotiate vendor deals.
  • Logistics Support: Coordinate transportation for business operations and manage travel-related contingencies.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and travel agencies. Build vendor relationships for cost efficiency.


المهارات

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management, travel coordination, or logistics.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus.


Experience in:

  • Managing and coordinating vehicle fleets.
  • Arranging corporate travel and logistics.
  • Vendor negotiations for vehicle leasing, maintenance, and travel services.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and travel policies.
  • Managing travel budgets and fleet cost efficiency.
