We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Managerfor a prominent and leading retail company in Saudi Arabia, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation.
Key Accountabilities
Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into business performance.
Prepare financial reports and offer recommendations to improve business performance and cost efficiencies.
Analyze sales trends, margins, and inventory levels to ensure optimal financial health in retail operations.
Support strategic initiatives, including new store openings and capital investments, through financial modeling and analysis.
Monitor operating expenses and provide insights on cost control and optimization opportunities.
Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, fostering collaboration and development.
Continuously improve FP&A processes and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and mitigate financial risks in the retail environment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
A Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) is preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in the retail industry.
Strong understanding of retail financial metrics.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of financial professionals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
