Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing Management:
• Oversee purchasing operations with suppliers, ensuring compliance with the company’s invoicing protocols.
• Monitor issued and received invoices to maintain accuracy and consistency in financial operations.
2. Cost Accounting and Financial Data Analysis:
• Conduct thorough cost accounting, including operational costs, product costs, and profit margin analysis.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reports to support transparent and precise financial performance.
3. Tax and Zakat Compliance:
• Ensure full compliance with the requirements of the Saudi Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority, staying updated on relevant regulations.
4. Report Preparation:
• Provide comprehensive financial reports and performance summaries for the board of directors, including periodic growth statistics and profit analysis.
5. Financial Analysis and Development:
• Prepare growth statistics and conduct financial trend analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Recommend process improvements and strategies for continuous performance development.
Technical Skills:
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in financial accounting and financial reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word).
• Competency in using accounting systems and electronic financial platforms.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is a plus.
