الوصف الوظيفي


  • Manage day-to-day financial activities, ensuring timely closing and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
  • Develop and monitor the annual budget and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor the company’s cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.
  • Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support decision-making and business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements. Oversee the preparation of tax filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion, and address audit queries or findings.
  • Supervise, mentor, and support the Finance team in their roles, to achieve operational excellence
  • Collaborate with other departments, senior management, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for improving financial processes, enhancing efficiency, and implementing best practices within the finance department.
  • Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in accounting and finance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho) and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
