Finance Director - KSA

We are looking for an experienced Finance Director based in KSAto lead and oversee the Finance function for our affiliate in the Country. This pivotal role will involve shaping financial strategy, leading a diverse team, and driving operational success in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop and execute financial strategies to align with business goals, ensuring timely financial reporting, strategic planning, and performance analysis.
• Foster innovation and drive process improvements within the finance team.
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, statutory regulations, etc.).
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation processes.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to assess new business opportunities and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Supervise tax strategy and collaborate with the global tax team.
• Lead the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of finance and procurement professionals.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Broad experience in Finance with leadership roles in multinational companies.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, controls, and reporting processes.
