Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectivesManage budgeting processes and oversee financial reportingFacilitate financial audits and lead the finance team effectivelyAdvise on long-term business and financial planningImplement and maintain internal controls, policies, procedures and systemsEnsure compliance with the law and company's policiesMaintain relationships with partners and stakeholdersProvide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership teamOversees the day to day accounting, treasury and FP&A functions
Profile
A successful Finance Director should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related fieldProficiency in financial management softwareStrong leadership and decision-making abilitiesExcellent understanding of data analysis and forecasting methodsProficiency in budgeting and financial analysisStrong communication and presentation skills
