The Finance Business Partner collaborates closely with the business to understand and challenge its ambitions, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and impactful resource allocation. This involves building strong relationships across all business areas to capture and update insights that influence outcomes, as well as challenging current results and collaborating on setting new goals to drive growth and innovation.
The Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in planning and monitoring sales and expenses, ensuring that established objectives are met. Provide visibility on business evolution to key stakeholders, facilitating informed and strategic decision-making. This includes generating regular reports and analyses reflecting company performance, as well as anticipating and assessing the impact of market changes that may affect the company’s strategy.
The Opportunity:
Contributes to strategic outcomes within the affiliate and in above-country squads.
Contribute to the transformation of Saudi business finance, moving closer to the commercial team to bring actionable insights.
Partner with commercial teams to provide financial transparency and scenario analysis to enable thoughtful prioritization.
Scan the external environment for business opportunities.
Coordinate with commercial and supply chain on demand forecasting and inventory management.
Overall affiliate P&L review and checks. Ad hoc OPEX management and transparency.
Design, implement and refresh monthly brand financial sales models.
Drive projects to simplify processes and adapt new technologies with the aim of being more agile and free up resources to drive outcomes impacting customers and patients.
Lead risk management and compliance initiatives to protect the affiliate’s financial health, especially regarding P&L accountability.
Provide detailed financial scenario planning, including sensitivity analysis and financial modeling, to prepare for potential market shifts and enable proactive decision-making.
Design and execute robust yet agile planning processes to contribute to ambitious forecasting within the organization.
Engage with and leverage the international Finance community.
Collaborate with Access and Pricing Leads on access solutions.
Who you are:
You have a commercial and customer centric mindset with an ability to put all available financial and operational information into a holistic picture.
You have a strong passion for delivering tangible value for our customers, patients and the business.
Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into financial plans is in your key skills.
You have the Knowledge of standard accounting and bookkeeping principles and best practices.
Able to effectively manage multiple priorities, whether working independently or as part of a team.
You have Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Able to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Experienced with SAP
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a sales-focused or commercial environment and are familiar with SAP or comparable ERP-systems.
