We are looking for  Finance & Admin Support for one of our clients (Tech Start-up)seeking a highly organized and proactive Finance & Admin Assistant to join the team. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities, ensuring efficiency and supporting staff in various administrative and financial capacities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

Finance Support: Assist in preparing payments, following up on accounts
receivable, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial documents.
HR Administration: Oversee all HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to employee records management, compliance with employment laws, payroll coordination, and benefits administration in the government systems such as Qiwa, MHRSD etc.
Recruitment: Support in the recruitment process from end to end, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire top talent.
Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing email correspondences, scheduling
meetings, and preparing documents and presentations.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records,
databases, and filing systems, both electronically and on paper.
Communication Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for internal
and external queries, offering polite and professional assistance.
Project Assistance: Provide support on various projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
