6. Follow security protocols and procedures to safeguard Client data and
maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
7. Communicate effectively with Clients to understand their technical issues, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
8. Travel to Client sites as required within the designated geographical area.
9. Collaborate with other team members, including technicians, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality service to Clients.
10. Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
