Work Flexibility: Field-basedWhat You Will DoTo troubleshoot company products and provide technical support to internal and external customersTo undertake the servicing, repairing and preventive maintenance of company products to the required standards ensuring all related procedures are followedTo undertake the testing of company products and provide fully completed test and service reportsTo perform installation, setup and upgrades on company products as required.To fulfil Service Contracts with planned Preventive Maintenance visits.To ensure timely follow-up on all tickets / work ordersTo work with the appropriate support functions as well as the customers to schedule customer visitsTo escalate opportunities and issues, through appropriate channels and stay up to date on compliance and legal aspects related to his / her job on an ongoing basis.What You Will Need Required: Engineering background (Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Preferred. Biomedical, Telecommunications, accepted)Fluency in both spoken and written (technical and medical) English and local language Min 1 year of relevant experienceStrong technical and analytical skillsStrong communication skillsComputer skills / literacyPreferred: Basic IP Networking knowledgeTravel Percentage: 90%
