Field Sales Representative

In the Sale Representative role you'll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world.


Key Responsibilities:


·1. Sales Target Achievement:


• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.


• Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.


2. Customer Relationship Management:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.


• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.


3. Product Distribution and Availability:


• Ensure consistent product availability and visibility in all assigned outlets.


• Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed.


4. Market Execution and Merchandising:


• Ensure that the merchandising team are properly Implementing and maintaining product placement and displays according to company guidelines.


• Ensure promotional materials are properly displayed at all points of sale.


5. Data Collection and Reporting:


• Gather and report market intelligence


• Provide daily or weekly reports on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.


6. Promotions and Campaigns:


• Execute in-store promotions and campaigns to drive product awareness and sales.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance in the field.


7. Territory Management:


• Plan and prioritize visits to customers within the assigned territory.


• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize coverage and efficiency.


8. Compliance and Policies:


• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.


• Ensure accurate and timely submission of sales orders and reports.


The Field Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth by visiting customers, ensuring product availability, increasing brand presence, and building strong relationships with retailers and distributors. This role involves working directly in the field to achieve sales targets, monitor competition, and execute promotional strategies.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


• Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or retail.


• A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Time management and organizational abilities.


• Fluent in English & Arabic


You are Holding Saudi Nationality (as per government requirement).
