ABOUT THE TEAM The Corporate Affairs Team at Trendyol drives impactful engagement through three key functions: Corporate Affairs, Corporate Development, and Corporate Communications. We build strong relationships with government stakeholders, advocate for commerce-friendly regulations, and amplify our influence within industry alliances. Our Corporate Communications efforts enhance brand perception through effective media management . Additionally, the Corporate Development team focuses on strategic partnerships and business restructuring.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Finding potential local sellers in the responsible area.
+ Ensuring the participation of potential sellers to Trendyol ecosystem and tracking their performance.
+ Account management for cultivating and sustaining relationships with NC sellers, optimising operational efficiency, and driving business development initiatives to foster continuous growth.
+ Managing portfolio and all relations between the sellers and the company,Preparing relevant reports by working on a monthly and quarterly basis.
+ Implementing new business models in sellers
+ Reaching out to members of NGO's by online & offline workshops, events, fairs etc.
YOUR PROFILE
+ Bachelor's degree or above in the relevant field.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
+ E-commerce, marketplace management, with a strong track record on nurturing seller recruitment and onboarding is a plus.
+ Native-level fluency in Arabic.
+ Full fluency in either English or Turkish.
+ Proficiency in MS Office Programs, Salesforce.
+ A people-first mindset with a strong focus on resolving issues quickly and ensuring sellers feel valued and supported.
+ An entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
+ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to creatively and effectively address challenges to support and uplift sellers.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.
We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and August.
The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
