Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Engineer for Civil/Structural Works to support our construction operations for a fiber pipeline project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The Field Engineer will play a key role in overseeing and executing civil and infrastructure work activities, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for civil and structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Assist in the coordination and supervision of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of project tasks.
• Monitor the quality of construction work, identifying issues and recommending solutions to ensure project integrity.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of construction progress and compliance with engineering standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to resolve technical issues and optimize construction processes.
• Conduct inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to ensure quality and conformity with plans and specifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum of eight (8) years of construction experience, with at least five (5) years specifically in civil and infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical expertise in civil engineering and construction methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to on-site challenges.
• Effective communication skills, capable of coordinating with teams and reporting to management.
• Proficient in the use of engineering software and tools relevant to civil construction.
