Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Support the Head of Marketing and/or (Senior) Marketing Manager with the management of the respective product portfolio (existing and new products) including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking and go-to-market plansSupport the implementation of product and pricing strategies (NRM)Based on data analytics, provide feedback on consumer/shopper insights competitive trends and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products in order to serve consumersco-lead a product category or new product launchesSupport KAM with dedicated customer activitiesParticipate in local and international functional or cross-functional projects (Digital, Media, NPD...)Qualifications:Experience & Knowledge:Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, MBA preferredEntry position with up to 3 years job experience in the field of MarketingConsumer Packaged Goods preferredSpecific Knowledgegood knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, other Marketing software tools beneficialSkillsgood English skills required (written and oral), other languages beneficialAgile learnerability to think and act holistic and criticalstrong interpersonal skillsTeam player, willing and able to work in cross-functional teams and international environmentsThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
