In this role, you will manage FAM Trips, Roadshows & Events activities, in order to ensure and deliver on the section’s mandate and identify improvement opportunities that will contribute to the delivery of short and mid-term strategic objectives within set KPIs, agreed budgets and adopted policies and procedures
You will be responsible for
· Build and maintain a calendar of events, FAMs, roadshows, exhibitions, and other trade activations at a local level. Implement activation strategies aligned with regional business plans.
· Develop an activation playbook for the region with clear guidelines on activations – including the CI treatment – and the predetermined SCM solutions for quick, cost-effective deployment.
· Coordinate and manage the different needs for FAM trips, roadshows, and trade events.
· Support relevant COEs on executing participation in global and regional exhibitions.
· Operate and Monitor FAM trips calendar execution in coordination with trade function.
· Monitor and report outcomes from FAM trips, roadshows, and trade events. Develop and coordinate event agencies’ execution and provide regional hubs activation with accurate and informative communication content about FAM trips, roadshows and trade events to be shared externally.
· Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need
· Not less than 6 years of experience in Trade, Sales, Marketing or relevant field
· A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent is preferred
