Maintenance and deep cleaning plans (CM, PPM, RM, snags etc.) & execution with all the needed documents as per requirement.
Has complete ownership over the dedicated reporting process
Has complete ownership of the work in the CAFM system and any other computer system.
Setting of internal performance indicators of all immediate subordinates & technical resources for housekeeping.
All cleaning activities are conducted in alliance with the BICS standard.
Follows activities of Pest control Third Party company and provides them with timely feedback.
Is responsible for waste management organization onsite within ISG remit.
Is responsible for performances of landscaping team.
To review the all the reports (daily, monthly etc.) with technical perspective.
Company assets & vehicles under Housekeeping are being well maintained.
Commercial proposals submission process is accurate.
Scope/specs/category is clear from clear side.
Technical datasheet /commercial proposal submission is accurate
Logistic and restocking of consumables process is on track
