As an Facility Manager you will be responsible for:
Plans, assigns, directs, coordinates, and evaluates the work of skilled, semi-skilled, labor, and custodial employees engaged into a various maintenance activity.
Conduct safety meetings, enforces all safety regulations, and ensure the use of personal protective equipment.
Communicate with Engineers and other technicians (Plumber, electricians, HVAC technicians, technical helpers and all skilled workers) to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on all tasks and equipment
Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance measures and safety inspection.
Qualification and experience:
Diploma or higher degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering fields.
Required 2-4 years of experience in a facility management
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good knowledge of project coordinating
