About the Job

An opportunity has arisen for Food & Beverages Manager for F&B Department to join Jumeirah Group.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Manage the implementation of F&B standards in all related operations ensuring that managers and supervisors take corrective actions as necessary in adherence to Jumeirah’s Group policies and standards
• Monitor closely the profitability of all F&B outlets to provide solutions to improve problem areas and assist in implementing corrective measures
• Ensure compliance to all relevant Health, Safety and Environment management procedures and controls within a defined area of activity so that Jumeirah Group provides world class and luxurious hospitality services to its guests.
• Motivate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for participating in change initiatives, programmes and projects considering best practices, improvement of processes and productivity improvement.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Essential

• 5 years’ experience as a Manager, F&B Division, in a large, high volume luxury hotel or resort. 
• Direct experience in F&B operations
• UAE/Middle East experience
• Proven track record of being able to execute complex procedures and plans
• Superior problem-solving abilities. 

Desired:

• Preferred to be experienced in the KSA Saudi Market.
• University Degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality
