Installs,
troubleshoots, repairs, maintains, and modifies avionic attack control
equipment and test equipment and supervises avionic systems maintenance
activities.
1. Maintains and
repairs radar, attack control and associated computers and special purpose
equipment.
2. Conducts tests,
replaces components, isolates malfunctions and adjusts, aligns, and calibrates
equipment, using specialized and common test equipment.
3. Analyzes
equipment operation characteristics to isolate malfunctions to subsystems and
components.
4. Monitors
equipment performance to detect and analyze recurring malfunctions

6. Train RSAF
personnel to the 5 and 7 skill level
7. Maintain technical
orders, publications, and RSAF training records
1. Experienced
with repair and scheduled maintenance on a variety of ground support equipment.
2. Able to
troubleshoot electrical malfunctions on powered equipment and effect repair.
3. Proficient at performing
corrosion control procedures on ground equipment.
4. Proficient at
utilizing wiring schematics in troubleshooting process.
