  • Functional Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge in relation to the water and wastewater operation and maintenance.
  • Provide technical support to the PPP Contract management unit in the Cluster 
  • Provide technical advises and recommendations to support Direct Manager in making decisions 
  • Review of the Enabling Projects submitted by the Management Contractor 
  • Review the Management contractor performance and advise on the progress
  • Advise the PPP contract management GM on the deliverables approval 
  • Review the deliverables submitted by Long Term Operation and Maintenance Contractors
  • Monitor the performance of Long Term Operation and Maintenance Contractors
  • Monitor the implementation of Swage Interconnection Agreements 
  • Review the rehabilitation works under the Long Term Operation and Maintenance Contractors
  • Introduce the best practices in term of Contracts performance monitoring 
  • Follow up the coordination between internal and external stakeholders 
  • Develop and implement the required forms, dashboards and checklists.
  • Facilitate processing of various requests related to PPP Contracts.
  • Conduct meetings and communicate with stakeholders (Cluster, NWC HQ, and PPP Contractors).
  • Conduct quality assurance on the deliverable and works under Management Contractor’s scope.
  • Facilitate processing of various request, advice on contractual matters and resolution of disputes.
  • Prepare communication documents (notices, instructions, orders, certificates, approvals...).
  • Provide reports and Data analysis to PPP Cluster GM.
  • Review of the Initiatives Projects submitted by the Management Contractor 
  • Advise the contractual obligations cases
