You will be responsible for:
Regularly prepare comprehensive Experience Excellence (EE) reports, providing insights into customer satisfaction (CSAT), complaint volumes, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Analyze report findings to identify gaps and areas for improvement in visitor experience.
Suggest practical solutions to address key challenges in Experience Development, aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, reducing complaints, and improving NPS.
Present and explain EE reports to relevant stakeholders, helping them understand the data, identify performance gaps, and implement strategies that drive higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Work closely with various departments to ensure that recommendations are implemented effectively and track the impact of these changes on overall performance.
Assist in setting performance benchmarks and standards for Experience Development, ensuring that all activities align with the STA’s visitor experience goals.
Perform other activities as and when required.
You will need to have:
3-5 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Business Adminastration, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred
