Vice President of Human Resources
We are expanding our Executive Leadership team at Rewaa HQ in Riyadh and are seeking a dynamic, experienced Human Resources Leader with a proven track record in scaling SaaS companies. Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Workforce Management Coach the management team and oversee workforce planning and strategy. Manage total rewards, organizational design, HRIS, talent management, including performance management, employee engagement, and compensation and benefits.
2. Career Path and Compensation Management Oversee the refinement of career paths and levels, ensuring a strong total rewards philosophy. Execute compensation and benefits programs that are motivating, equitable, and reward a high-performing culture.
3. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with all human resources, government, and employee regulations and policies.
4. Performance and Recognition Programs Drive and manage performance reviews. Deliver employee bonus and recognition programs.
5. HR Systems and Analytics Own and manage all Human Resources systems, data, and analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance the growth of HR systems and technology.
6. Culture and Collaboration Establish a collaborative, cross-functional, and open culture.Implement key processes for effective team functions, conflict management, and decision-making. Develop strategies for growth that foster a team of integrated employees working together towards a common mission.
Essential Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree 10+ years of experience scaling SaaS companies Experience building and scaling HR departments Experience with the latest HCM, HRM tools and processes High energy, self starter with a continuous learning and development mindset Role is onsite in Riyadh, KSA Strong command of the English language, additional languages a bonus
