The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.About the RoleThe Executive Steward will lead the Stewarding department at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, ensuring the efficient operation of kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and equipment maintenance. Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, this role is essential in upholding the highest hygiene standards, maintaining equipment, and supporting the culinary and food and beverage teams.What You Will DoOperational LeadershipOversee all stewarding operations, including dishwashing, sanitation, and maintenance of kitchen equipment.Develop and implement cleaning schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.Team LeadershipRecruit, train, and lead the stewarding team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards.Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.Collaboration and SupportWork closely with the culinary and food and beverage teams to ensure seamless operations.Support special events and banquets by coordinating equipment and setup needs.Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and readily available for use.Compliance and SafetyMaintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.Implement and monitor safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in stewarding practices.Ensure cost-effective operations by managing budgets and minimizing waste.What You BringExperience: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role in stewarding or kitchen operations, preferably within luxury hospitality.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.Skills:Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a diverse team.Expertise in maintaining high hygiene and sanitation standards.Excellent time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.Effective communication skills to collaborate with multiple departments.Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is required.Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.What We OfferCompetitive Net Salary in a Tax-Free EnvironmentState-of-the-art staff accommodation30 working days’ vacation10 days Public Holidays annuallyComplimentary employee mealsMedical and Life InsuranceWorldwide Complimentary Room Nights with Four SeasonsLaundry/dry cleaning for work attireGrowth and Development opportunitiesSchedule & HoursFull-Time
