Organize and maintain the executive’s schedule and assist them by performing a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and organizing short and long-term calendars
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Maintains schedule for senior management, ensuring that all relevant matters are reported to senior management as well as matters that require immediate attention
Opens and screens mail addressed to the Senior management, answers routine mail independently and routes other mail with background material as necessary
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Acts as liaison in coordinating matters between the Senior management Office and other department heads and managers.
