Job Overview:
The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to executives by
managing schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings. This role requires
excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
within the executive office.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
arrangements.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone
calls, ensuring timely responses.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by the executive team.
Coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring all logistics are arranged.
Maintain and organize files, records, and other important documents.
Act as a liaison between executives and other internal or external parties.
Assist in the preparation of agendas and minutes for meetings.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
4-6 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
Languages:
Fluency in English and Arabic is required..
