Manage daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement.Ensure seamless coordination of logistics services, from procurement through transportation to final delivery.Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and enhance service quality.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and enhance service delivery.
Profile
Have 15+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a multinational organization.Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven ability to develop and mentor diverse teams, with at least 10 years in a management role.Possess a deep understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, with a track record of driving efficiency and productivity improvements.Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels.Hold a relevant degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field, with additional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) highly regarded.
