Responsible to manage Government Services Centre, its operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
As the Government Services Lead, he/she needs to consults on UAE residence visas and is responsible for the entire process management of all of the different stages of the visa and related products and services.
The scope of work is wide from query & consultation, to application, to monitoring, issuing and communication of the visa issuance and liaising with support executives to ensure data is accurate and updated.
The Government Services Lead, he/she needs to advise clients pre or post-sale of the license on all visa related matters.
Roles & Responsibilities
Optimizing office management process and procedure.
Manage all government services related activities
Manage the Administration and functionality of all Typist
Manage and control all financial implications related to visa processing and administration
Obtaining of company registration with chambers of commerce and any related government authorities which includes but not limited to license renewals, new business licensing and new activity listing.
Assist in developing functional strategies and budgets in accordance with companies’ overall strategies and directions.
Develop, monitor and implement divisional policies and procedures related to government relations function.
Keep an update on government regulations and statutory requirements and determine their impact on the company.
Promote and build strong positive relationships and reputation with high public officials and their staff.
Manage and oversee processes relating to Governmental issues concerning employees (. issuance of business visas, visit visas, exit-re-entry visas, renewals of work permits, and residency)
Assist to manage allocated annual departmental budget by controlling expenditures, taking cost reduction initiatives and reporting variances in actual versus budgeted amounts, to ensure effective cost management practices
Responsible for the digitalization and automation of the Government Services Centre

Guaranteeing compliance to prescribed systems as per the defined SLAs
Ensure 100% customer satisfaction at all areas of operations is achieve
Application & Website updates with liaison to IT department
Suggest / monitor software changes to be implemented as per business requirements
MIS reporting and monthly business reviews to ensure targets are achieved
Maintain the security and safety of the center through the implementation of the security management policy and procedures
Diligently working with support departments (Administration and HR)
Work experience requirement
5 years related business experience handling Government relations
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
