Exchange Server Administrator - Large Scale Environments (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is looking for an experienced Exchange Server Administrator to support a large-scale environment in Saudi Arabia. As an Exchange Server Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's Exchange infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure the highest levels of availability, performance, and security for email services across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Exchange Server environments and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Exchange Server infrastructure, including mailbox servers, client access servers and edge transport servers. Ensure the architecture meets scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery requirements.
• Install, configure, and upgrade Exchange Server and related components. Implement and maintain recipient policies, address lists, and public folders. Configure mail routing, connectors, and transport rules.
• Manage user mailboxes, configure permissions, mailbox quotas, and retention policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-related issues promptly
• PowerShell scripting skills and automation for Exchange infrastructure
• Monitor Exchange Server performance, resource utilization, and service availability. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, connectivity issues, and other system-related problems. Implement measures to optimize server performance and improve response times.
• Plan and execute Exchange Server software upgrades and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network administrators, system administrators, and cybersecurity admins. Provide technical support and guidance
