We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Event Representative for a prominent and leading company in the restaurant sector, renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation. With over 300 branches across Saudi Arabia.
Key Accountabilities
Lead birthday parties both at the restaurants and customer locations.
Organize and manage internal and external event activities.
Provide high-quality service through effective communication with customers and staff.
Respond to customer inquiries about the restaurantproducts, offers, and promotions.
Promote new offers using suggestive selling techniques.
Listen to and report customer feedback, requests, and complaints to the relevant departments.
Provide special attention to guests who require it, such as children and elderly customers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
Minimum high school diploma; higher education preferred.
Experience in event coordination or entertainment activities is preferred.
Enthusiastic and energetic, with the ability to maintain high energy levels during events with children.
Warm, child-friendly personality, able to engage and encourage children's participation in activities.
Creativity and imagination to develop engaging, age-appropriate games and activities.
Strong communication skills to positively interact with customers, parents, and guests.
Patience and adaptability to handle various situations, manage conflicts, and adjust activities as needed.
Reliable, responsible, and punctual, ensuring smooth event execution.
Safety awareness to supervise children and ensure their well-being during events.
Optional: Costume and makeup skills for themed parties or character appearances.
