Our client is seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of impactful sustainability events. This role involves managing all aspects of event logistics and coordination, ensuring that each event aligns with sustainability goals and engages key stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Strategy Development: Shape and implement tailored event strategies that resonate with target audiences and support sustainability initiatives.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end project management of events, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets. Proactively manage workflows and processes for seamless execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government representatives, NGOs, and industry leaders, to ensure active participation and support for events.
Logistics Coordination: Handle all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and technical requirements, ensuring that all elements are executed to the highest standard.
Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design event content and programming that meets the needs of participants, incorporating relevant topics and expert speakers.
On-Site Management: Oversee on-site event execution, addressing any issues that arise to ensure a smooth experience for attendees and stakeholders.
Post-Event Evaluation: Gather and analyze feedback from participants and stakeholders post-event to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement for future events.
