> Functional Respon Gathering and applying project controls best practices and lessons learned
Progress and performance measurement practices and timelines
Evaluation of Contractor/s project control procedures and processes and integration into the Company project controls environment.
Collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting of project scope, cost and schedule control information to ensure overall project status is assessed and potential problem areas identified for corrective action.
• Project Reports including key performance measures to track/report progress and trends.
> Project Management of Change processes.
> WIP (work in place) reporting and updating of monthly cost reports with actuals and commitments.
> Ensures ongoing effectiveness of project controls processes and systems.
> Provides training, mentoring and ongoing project controls guidance to project team members
> Supports the Business Lead in the development of:
> Company Plan inputs and relevant stewardship metrics.
> Internal and external project stakeholder communication and review materials
> Project Management System deliverables as applicable to project controls
Participates in: Project Procurement, Contracting, and Contract Administration activities to ensure they align with project controls processes and overall project objectives
Independent project reviews and auditsReview the strategic planning standards, cycie: policies, and procedures related to water and-waste water projects Consolidate the master plan for-both water and waste water domains
Review third party provider (e.g. consultants, developers, planners) performance during water and waste water master plan development and ensure that deliverables are aligned with company's strategic priorities
Take necessary actions to ensure NWC's water and waste water master plans are implemented as planned
Coordinate with relevant departments to develop NWC's capital investment-plan through joint initiatives
Coordinate with other NWC departments to break the plans down to project level
Forecast the future needs for the water and waste water projects
Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the joband audits
