This role demands technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for delivering innovative engineering solutions. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:1. Design Leadership:Spearhead the design and delivery of airport infrastructure projects, including masterplans, airside, and landside infrastructure.Oversee multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and seamless project execution.2. Project Management:Define project scopes, budgets, and schedules while ensuring adherence to client expectations.Manage financial performance, mitigate risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.3. Client and Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the primary liaison with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance and satisfaction.Drive business development efforts by identifying opportunities and leading proposal preparations.4. Team Development:Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.Resolve technical challenges and promote best practices across teams.5. Quality Assurance and Innovation:Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and champion technical excellence.Integrate innovative solutions and technologies to enhance project sustainability and efficiency.Suitable Applicants Will Have:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Aeronautical Engineering. A Master’s in Airport Planning or related discipline is a plus.Professional Registration: Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) status is required. Membership in relevant professional bodies is an advantage.Experience: At least 15 years in airport infrastructure project management, with expertise in geometric design, utilities, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities with a proven track record in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.How to Apply:All applications must be submitted online.
