Join us as we continue to drive innovation and support SJ’s ambitious growth goals.Suitable Applicants Will Be/HaveMust have Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering preferred or Higher National Diploma or Higher National Certificate in a subject related to construction, such a civil engineering is required at a minimum.Relevant tertiary qualifications and appropriate equivalent experience for BIM ManagerMinimum 10 years of experience working within large-scale building projects in a design and production environment working with Autodesk Revit software and Autodesk Navisworks.Experience in setting up a BIM plan for major projects including managing the implementation of same across multiple Consultants and Vendors.Experience within high-rises, towers, buildings and hotels would be an advantageExperience in project workflows from preliminary design through Construction Documentation / Detailed Design and Administration and TrackingExposure to working within the KSA or GCC is preferredProject Management expereince and qualifications preferredStrong stakeholder engagement skills are a must for this positionHow to ApplyAll applications must be submitted online.
