Job Overview:
The Entrepreneurs in Residence (EIR) will play a vital role in supporting the organization's mission to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and business growth. This position requires seasoned entrepreneurs with a proven track record in launching and scaling businesses to provide expertise, mentorship, and hands-on support to aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and the organization’s programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Mentorship and Coaching:

• Guide and mentor entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners through the development and scaling of their ventures.
• Provide advice on business planning, strategy, market validation, financial modeling, and growth.
• Identify potential risks and offer innovative solutions to overcome challenges faced by entrepreneurs.

Program Development and Facilitation:

• Design, develop, and implement entrepreneurship programs and workshops tailored to the needs of the participants.
• Facilitate boot camps, seminars, and one-on-one sessions to transfer knowledge and expertise effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance program offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and participant needs.

Strategic Support:

• Contribute to strategic planning for entrepreneurship-related initiatives and events.
• Assist in building strong networks within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, including investors, mentors, and strategic partners.
• Act as a bridge between entrepreneurs and resources such as funding, technical support, and business services.

Community Engagement:

• Actively participate in community events, networking opportunities, and public speaking engagements to promote the organization’s vision and programs.
• Serve as a role model, demonstrating leadership and innovation to inspire entrepreneurs.
• Assist in creating a collaborative and supportive environment for entrepreneurs within the organization.

Operational and Reporting Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the progress of program participants, documenting key insights and successes.
• Provide regular feedback and updates on program outcomes to stakeholders and management.
• Support marketing and communication efforts by sharing insights, testimonials, and success stories from the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
