Alnafitha Enterprise Strategy Consultation team is a team that contributes to Alnafitha services by providing best practices and excellence methodologies in the domains of ITSM, Information Security, Business Continuity, GRC, Risk Assessment, Security Compliance, IT Quality and Enterprise Architecture.
We are currently searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Consultant to work on our Enterprise Strategy Team in Alnafitha.

Primary Focus Domain: ITSM / QSM / Cyber Security
Responsibilities:
Perform planning, design and implementation of ITIL, ISO/IEC standards processes/procedures/policies/Controls (including SMS, ISMS, BCMS, QMS) to meet evolving and changing needs of clients and provide assessment, design and redesign, and implementation solutions for clients.
Analyse and identify recommendations for enhancements based on ITIL and , ISO/IEC standard requirements & practices across different domains.
Improve existing IT and management systems practices and identify key operational measurements to use for process/procedure improvements and assist with the preparation of presentations and proposals and work on policy analysis for definition.
Conduct gap analysis and maturity Assessments highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition.
Facilitating and documenting IT processes/procedure design workshops
Understand client needs and match them to relevant unit services or products.
Deliver training and awareness sessions for different standards and management domains
Develop – with coordination with unit head –RFPs and Technical Proposals
Participate in Alnafitha toolkit s design and development. Develop standards, templates, and procedures to aid in the development of the required work products.
RequirementsCertification Requirements:
Professional Qualifications or Certifications (from recognized institutions or professional regulation bodies) Required, if any.
Bachelor Degree
ITIL Expert (Must)
ISO/IEC standard Lead Auditor or Implement-or in one or more domains (Must)
COBIT 2019 Foundation (Preferred)
COBIT 2019 Design & Implementation (Preferred)
TOGAF (Preferred)
IT4IT (Preferred)
ARIS, Orbus iServer or Mega knowledge (preferred)
BMPN 2.0 Practitioner (Preferred)
Experience:
Extensive knowledge and work experience (5+ years’ experience) in ITSM framework and standards; should participated (as a leader or key consultant) in ISO standards & certification projects
Extensive knowledge in document and report writing in both Arabic and English.
3+ years technical experience in one or more IT domains (Infrastructure, Application, Security etc.)
Strong understanding of standard process design, process development, and process implementation methodologies, tools, and techniques
Strong analytical skills to be able to review and understand large amounts of information and its inter-relation, dependency, flow and input/output
Experience working across private and public sectors across EMEA – particularly in GCC
