The Solutions Consultingand Enterprise Architecture organisationworks with Adobe customers across all levels ranging from C-level executives, with a focus on the CIO/CTO, to operational teams to advise on strategies and technology solutions to support customer-experience transformation and digital innovation, diving into architecture and identifying a prioritised path forward for customers.
Our engagements employ high level architecture assessments, thought leadership around reference architecture, creation of solution vision and solution design, success roadmap crafting, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. In addition, identifying where these can be executed through Adobe's solutions and services.

The Enterprise Architect is a senior presales position who provides direct support to theregionalsalesand partner organisationsin the developmentof opportunity pipelineand execution ofdealcyclestrategywithin complex and strategic sales opportunities.
The Presales Enterprise Architect is instrumental in the sales process. With yourAdobe Digital Experience(DX)solution knowledge, you are regarded as the trusted advisor, by your customers, by your colleagues and the full ecosystem. Your colleagues admire your ability to engage the customer, manage a room, partner withAdobesales, drive product enhancements withAdobe product & engineeringteam,participate in marketing eventsand local partner enablement & advisory.
Enterprise Architects have deep technical expertise across the full AdobeDXsolution portfolio. EAs partner with DXAccount Executivesand AccountSolution Consultantstoassess the technical fitandset the technical roadmap & vision across pre & post-sales, aligned to the customer strategyand business objectives.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Planning – Partners with DXAccount Executivesto define overall account strategy, focusingon technical vision and designan impactroadmap that supportsacustomer’s long-term strategy and use cases
Business Case – Supports DXAccount Executivesin development ofaBusiness Case and ensures business case and technical case are aligned
Technical Case –Owns and definesthecustomer architecture & technical milestones(current, future and transition states), partners with AccountSolution Consultantstodevelopa clearTechnical CasenarrativeandsupportsdeliverySolution Architectsontechnical scope,implementation timelines& proposals
Account Management – Partner with DXAccount Executivesto become trusted client advisorsand builds relationships and trusted advisor statuswithacustomer CIO/CTO/CDOorganisation
Client Management: act as a seniortrustedadvisor to the customer with a broadcustomer experience (CX), orspecific industryfocus, covering the entirejourneyof an endcustomerexperienceend-to-end, as well as internal employee experience.
What Your Primary Accountabilities Will Be
Architecture Design: validate the as-is/ current statesituation and goals ofthecustomer and translate it into an appropriate business-driven to-be/ target statevision with a supporting IT-roadmap(transition states)and designfor architecturally significant requirements(processes, applications, systems)beyond standard blueprints,based onAdobe’s solutions.
Architecture Oversight: assist in the smooth transition into post-sales and value-realisations stages, advising on operationalizingthemutualbusiness strategy from the Technical Case during the sales cycle
Architecture Review: provide regular ongoing reviews where required to clarify and take into considerationnewrequirements to jointly create a path to solution, impact planand builda stable client-vendorrelationship for future business
Serve asthe primaryover-archingtechnical expert and resource to guide and supportExpert and AccountSolution Consultants in development of Technical case
Add value “beyond the sale” through long-term strategy development of design roadmap, providing industry insights and connect client needs to Adobe’s broader solution portfolio
What You Need To Succeed
Ideallybroadknowledgeof Adobe DX solutionsand deep knowledge inseveralkey domains such as customer journey management, data management, implementation & integrations, personalisation, analytics, etc.
Deep knowledgeof cloud architecturepatternsand how Adobe fits into best-in-class enterprise solutions
Strong leadership capabilities and project management skills to align sales resources behind technical visionand help scale & drive EA knowledge and practice across wider EMEA region
Strong soft skills to communicate vision, challenge objections, provide compelling thought-leadership
Advisoryand communication skills at CxO level withwith key executives and develop strong working relationshipswith practitioner architects
Adept at building technical roadmaps & defining multi-phase milestones, and ensuring complex enterprise technologies work together at scale
Familiarity working with clients and partners in the Middle Eastregion
Arabic speaker a plus
Job Specific Competencies & Skills
Bachelor equivalent: minimum requirement. Master / MBA preferred
2+ years oflicencepresales or consultingpresalesexperiencein theAdobeeco-system
5+ years oftechnicalsolution experience inAdobe DX solutions
10+ years inoverall professional experiencein technical roles
Demonstrable experience ofappropriate successfulEAengagements
TOGAF qualified – highly desirable.
Expert knowledge/expertise onend-to-endprocesses/solution matching
Design Thinking experience in customer facing engagements
Experience in sales and sales processes
Excellent presentation and communication skills inEnglish
