As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our organization's IT infrastructure and business processes. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient architecture solutions that align with our strategic goals and drive business transformation.
Requirements
Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Design and oversee the implementation of IT solutions that support the organization's strategic direction.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the IT strategy and roadmap. Identify opportunities for technology innovation and improvement, and recommend solutions that enhance business capabilities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, address challenges, and ensure successful delivery of architecture solutions.
Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Solution Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, tools, and platforms that meet business needs and align with the architectural vision.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with architecture and technology implementation. Ensure that architecture solutions are resilient, secure, and scalable.
Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, models, and specifications. Communicate architectural decisions and strategies effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with a strong track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in modern technologies, cloud platforms, data management, and integration solutions.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to evaluate complex systems and provide innovative solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-making.
