Promote
a positive and desirable atmosphere within the classroom to ensure student
participation and motivation.
Maintain
a high degree of discipline within the classroom to ensure maximum learning.
Work
toward meeting RSAF and ELTS goals and be a team player in achieving its
objectives.
Record,
maintain and forward daily class attendance, student records and student
progress to the appropriate El TS management office.
Prepare
and conduct class and lab lessons according to RSAF framework and procedures.
Including comprehensive daily lesson plans
At least
3 years full-time experience in an EFL/ESL setting with adult learners.
Recent experience
with the last position having been within one year.
Computer
literate.
