Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of best practices and new technologies.
  • Prepare and present reports on engineering performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to inform engineering practices.


(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)


المهارات

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field); a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of [X years] of experience in engineering management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and quality standards.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
