Engineering Production Sr. Manager

(job will be between projects in Riyadh and Dammam)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering production team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement production strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and integration of production activities.
• Analyze production metrics and performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and quality management systems.
• Foster a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making within the team.
• Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management, outlining progress and strategic initiatives.
• Drive training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and capabilities.
