Engineer II, QA Standardization Job

Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available for Engineer, QA Standardization Based in Yanbu and will report directly toQA/QC Section Head.

About the role:

Participates in the plant level improvement process by maintain Quality Management System (QMS), gathering and analysing data, identifying trend for process improvement, evaluating improvement opportunities, and implementing improvement initiatives. Give assurance in product quality.

You will be responsible to:

• Maintaining a Quality Assurance Manual, Quality control plan and standard.
• Control of Process change.
• Control of Purchases.
• Control of inspection.
• Control of Internal/External audit.
• Control of Nonconforming products.
• Control of Corrective/Preventive Action.
• Control of Quality Policy and Quality objectives.
• Control of customer complain.
• Maintaining ISO9001 certification.
• Collect and creating report of analyze data about quality processes.
• Creating reports of internal audit status, NCRs and CARs.
• Creating procedure documents about quality assurance.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/Chemistry.
• Knowledge of Quality Control methods and tools.
• ISO standard background.

Minimum Experience:

• 4 years of experience or more with Engineering Degree.
• Knowledge of Quality control methods, tools, and techniques.
