Position Summary: Plan and Execute Preventive Maintenance of Electrical equipmentPlanning & assigning jobs to shift technicians. Major Responsibilities & Duties performed: • Monthly updating for balance PM jobs & planning of same during Opportunity / SDN.• Monthly PM, Greasing schedules preparation & record keeping of completed sheets• Relieving of Shift in case of Emergency• Recording of all spares/ Material requirement & maintain history• Motor History updating & arrangement to make planning for motors overhauling during plannedshutdowns & at regular interval where standby motor is available.• Monthly department report preparation, updating all energy date & record keeping.• Maintaining record of all Vendor visits, AMC visits with reports.• Issue of Material from stores & keeping proper consumption record.• Checking of received material• Ensuring all spares required for continuous running of the plant.• Overall co-ordination during plant shutdown activities to understand and follow the organizationalHS&E policies.• Conduct training to sub ordinates and develop their skills.• To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.• To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.• To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.• To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.• To attend safety trainings planned for them.• Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
